1 About Mihu

Mihu is a social media content platform that allows users to discover, download, and share daily status content including image templates, video templates, and profile photo frames. Key features include:

• Hundreds of dynamic image and video templates for WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
• Profile frame overlays for photos and videos
• Smart typography and font customization tools
• Personalized voice integration that speaks your profile name within templates
• Custom template creation using your own gallery images or videos
• Cloud sync to access your profiles and preferences across devices
• Multi-language support for regional accessibility
• Lightning-fast local rendering and one-tap export to gallery or social apps

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3 Account Registration

• You are required to register using a valid mobile phone number for authentication via OTP.
• You may provide a display name, profile picture, and other optional profile details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted under it.
• You must promptly notify us at help@mihuapp.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or any other reason we deem appropriate.

4 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content or templates obtained from the Platform without our express written permission.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or download content from the Platform.
• Not upload, share, or distribute content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of any third party.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems.

5 Content and Templates

All templates, frames, designs, audio, graphics, and other content available on the Platform ("Platform Content") are owned by or licensed to Mihu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial sharing on social media platforms.

You may not use Platform Content in any manner that:

• Implies endorsement by Mihu or its affiliates without consent
• Is defamatory, offensive, or violates applicable law
• Is used in a commercial product, service, or advertisement without a separate written license

6 User-Generated Content

When you create custom templates using your own media (images or videos from your gallery), you retain ownership of your original media. However, by using the Platform, you grant Mihu a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process and store your media solely for the purpose of rendering and delivering the service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal media, names, or images you use in the Platform do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

7 Personalized Voice Feature

Mihu offers a voice integration feature that synthesizes audio using the name provided in your profile. By enabling this feature, you consent to the processing of your profile name for the purpose of generating personalized audio output within templates. This voice data is used solely for in-app personalization and is not shared with third parties for independent commercial use.

8 Payments and Subscriptions

• Certain features or content on the Platform may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Google Play Billing). We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• All purchases are generally final. Refunds, if any, are subject to our refund policy and the policies of the respective app store through which you made the purchase.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date in accordance with your store settings.

9 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully.

10 Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, trade dress, logos, and all Platform Content — are owned by or licensed to Shree Shyam Kart. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The name "Mihu" and the Mihu logo are trademarks of Shree Shyam Kart and may not be used without prior written permission.

11 Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including social media platforms, analytics providers, cloud services, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for the content, data practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your interaction with third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies.

12 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Mihu account and associated data at any time by submitting a request through our Account Deletion page. We will process your request within 7–14 business days. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

13 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that we believe may cause legal liability. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform and its content is immediately revoked.

14 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mihu, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mihu in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mihu and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you create, upload, or distribute using the Platform.

17 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via the email or phone number associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

18 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hisar, Haryana, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at help@mihuapp.com with a written description of your concern.
